About

I build software and paper tools for people trying to make a life that feels like their own, gently and without being nagged about it.

The short version

I’ve worked in education and youth development for years, and I keep coming back to the same question: how do technology, education, and personal development fit together? Is it possible to bridge the digital divide without sacrificing the curiosity and growth we humans are capable of?

I’ve always struggled with various health issues and fitting all I want to do in one single day. So I’ve been working on tools to help me make room for everything that matters. Not to optimize or hustle, but to look at the whole of a life: body, mind, home, money, people, art, and move it toward the world I actually want to live in.

Everything I make comes from that question. I believe technology and analog tools can work together: pen, paper, and pixels.

How I work

No infinite scroll. No streaks. No notifications. Nothing I build asks you to come back tomorrow. It just has to be worth opening when you do.

Things are made to be missed, too. The shore on this page is Lake Michigan from the north side. In summer, fireworks appear over the skyline on Wednesday and Saturday nights for about ten minutes. They aren’t labeled. You might be here for them, or you might miss them.

That is on purpose.

Say hello

Questions, ideas, or just to say hi. I read everything.
